Fireside Chimney Supply offers a complete line of chimney lining and hearth products, including their FireFlex Chimney lining systems. These systems are made of 316 stainless steel and are designed for use with all fuels. The FireFlex 316 stainless steel chimney liner system is manufactured using the highest grade mill certified alloys and is suitable for relining existing chimneys or for use in new construction.
The FireFlex Chimney liner system is constructed using a continuous strip of stainless steel that is interlocked and diagonally crimped to produce a gas and water-tight system of superior strength. With 7 ply seams and 10 corrugations between each seam, the system provides the flexibility needed to get the job done. In some cases, when using the option of ovalizing the smooth wall liner, it may have a puckered appearance, but this will not affect the performance of the liner.
Each FireFlex Kit includes Fireside's EZ connect system, which consists of a top plate or flue fit top plate (optional) for chimneys with a clay tile liner, both with EZ connect collars. The kit also includes a rain cap with a screen, a 2-part stainless steel tee with a removable snout for horizontal hook-up, and complete installation instructions. The system is UL1777 Listed in the USA and comes with a Lifetime Transferable Chimney Liner Warranty.
The Deluxe Top Kits, which include a flat top plate with a hinged screen lid, are constructed of 22g 304 stainless steel. The Deluxe Clay Tile Top Kits, designed for clay tiles with a hinged screen lid, are also made of 22g 304 stainless steel. The Fireside smoothwall liner is 0.013 inches thick, which is above industry standards.
Your FireFlex Chimney Liner Kit will include a FireFlex 316, 0.006 inches thick stainless steel liner, a 13" x 13" top plate with a rain cap, and a Tee connector with a 10" snout clean-out cap for horizontal connections. All Fireside Chimney Supply products are made in the USA and are covered by a Lifetime Transferable Warranty.
